Hopefully, you didn’t try Amazon CBD products before reading this article. Amazon offers a variety of products everyone can enjoy. Unfortunately, CBD isn’t one of them. The sale of CBD is not legal on Amazon. Because it is such a new market and its regulation is still being put together by the FDA the well-known platform is refusing to allow people to sell CBD through their organization.
Although if you have been shopping for CBD on Amazon you probably found a panoply of “CBD” products for sale. Don’t be fooled those products are snake oil and we have the lab tests to prove it. Those oils will usually be labeled as Hemp oil, instead of CBD oil. Manufacturers use this mislabeling technique to ensure their products are constantly in conformity with the changing regulations.
We all need to be more cautious when shopping online. The endless list of benefits CBD has needs to be exploited at its best. Sadly, a lot of people are cashing in its potential over misinformed consumers.
At Diamond Democracy, the purity and the quality of our products is our priority number 1. We are proud to encourage our costumers to look further and make smart decisions when shopping for CBD. This is why we are denouncing those who are taking advantage of the situation.
Our manufacturer sent 11 of the top-performing Amazon “CBD” oil, to a third-party laboratory called Infinite Chemical Analysis.
Here are the results
How to interpret those lab tests
When analyzing lab tests always look for those 3 things:
#1-Quantity of CBD per bottle, equivalent to the labels
#2-Quantity of THC per bottle also equivalent to the labels
#3-Details on the cannabinoid profile
All of the products tested from Amazon contained low to zero CBD. Literally, 9 of them read ND meaning Not Detected in the column designed for CBD. Another misleading information on their label is their claims of pain, anxiety, and insomnia relief. Without CBD this is simply hempseed oil and it has none of those benefits on humans.
Also, their concentration is way too high. Most of them pretend their oils contain between 40,000 and 80,000mg of CBD!
The lab tests we just shared with you proved that those concentrations were false. Further regular CBD oil usually contains between 500 and 2,000 mg.
How CBD lab tests should look like
Lab tests are essential when shopping for CBD. Always look for them and analyze them. A company hiding their lab tests isn’t a viable source for CBD. All legit CBD brand will provide lab tests and use a third-party laboratory to ensure the potency of CBD their products hold. It has become an industry-standard to help protect costumers.
As you may have observed already in the lab result above, our 500mg tincture contains:
-544.63mg of CBD
-A total of 639.09 Cannabinoids (this is full-spectrum CBD so it contains cannabinoids other than CBD, you can see in the right column it contains CBDV,CBN, CBC, and THC)
Finally, the purpose of this article is to further educate CBD consumers Too many misleading companies are still taking advantage of the hype surrounding CBD products to inflate their profits. Those same companies are slowly killing the industry by truly letting down their costumers. People try CBD once from Amazon and are then convinced that the excitement about CBD is just a big joke. Lets set the record straight, Amazon doesn’t allow the sales of CBD on its platform. The chances of finding a good CBD product on Amazon are non existant. Amazon isn’t the only market place where misinformation is used in this industry. You can only trust brands showing their third-party Lab Tests.

Please consult your Doctor before adding CBD or any supplement to your diet. Most workplace and competitive sports drug screens focus on delta-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not screen for Cannabinol (CBD) or other legal and natural hemp-based compounds. Be advised, studies have shown that consuming hemp foods or oils can cause a positive result when screening urine and blood specimens. Therefore, if you are subject to any form of drug testing or screening. We recommended (as does the United States Armed Services) that you DO-NOT ingest CBD or hemp oil before consulting your healthcare practitioner or your drug screening testing company or employer.
